Has anyone won a case against a non custodial parent to get back a 8332 form the custodial parent signed?

IRS Form 8332?Has anyone won a case against a non custodial parent to get back a 8332 form the custodial parent signed?
I don't really know. Since it only works for a year, don't sign one the next year. You also can claim the deductions and attach a statement that the 8332 was signed under duress and that the children are not dependents.
