Pretty much any place will do it WITH parent consent. Honestly honey you are to young for a tat. You don't even know what life is all about yet and I don't have a problem with tats. My finace has one and I think it's the sexiest thing ever but, it's a lot of responsibility to begin with and keeping it shaved after and so on and so forth. Not something a kiddie should be playing around with because it's permanent.Anyone know someone in southeast ga that will tattoo a 17 year old with parent consent?
ok, a 5 year old can get a tat with parental consent,(there might be CPS called, but he can still get a tat)
