How do visitation rights work when custodial parent and child moved to VA from OH?

Mother, Father, and Daughter all live in Ohio. Mother has custody, father NEVER made an attempt to see his daughter for over 2 years. Mother has been receiving child support from Father for 6 months now, and is owed back child support. Mother and child move to Virginia. Father fails to appear at his back child support court hearing, and hires an attourney. We (mother and boyfriend) are afraid the father will want visitation right, and we do not know how that will work. Does anyone know what Ohio's laws are concerning this? Well I am not sure how much help this will be,but I am the custodial parent of my 2 oldest daughters. Their dad lives in NC. If he wants to see them he has to come here and get them or he has to stay here and visit with them. I to live in VA and usually do not have to much problem with him wanting to come and visit with them. If he has gone before without seeing the child I am almost positive he is not going to make much of an effort to come here and see her. I dont thin you have much to worry about. How do visitation rights work when custodial parent and child moved to VA from OH?
In my state, the custodial parent has to get permission from the court to move to another state with the child.
