Can a child get a tatoo under the age of 18 if acompanied by a parent?

I want a tatoo , but I don't know I can even if Ihave my dad and all other requirements. Can a child get a tatoo under the age of 18 if acompanied by a parent?
depends on the shop. while it is legal to get one accompanied by a guardian, some artists still choose not to do it.Can a child get a tatoo under the age of 18 if acompanied by a parent?
Yes, and the parent has to either be there or sign a contract that they are allowing you to get a tattoo
it depends mainly on where you live. Check with the tattoo place where you want to have it done. They will tell you if you need an adult.
yes they have to be there and sign a consent form at least they can in NY although there are some restrictions about where you can get a tattoo...
yeah.
you need a parent... and a government id and your set! just go to any salon.
your allowed to have a tattoo if your under age...just as long as you have a parent or legal guardian...your parent has to be there to sign a release form saying they allow this
in va u cant get a tat until u r 18 even with a parent signature, so i guess it depends on th state u live in.
